Technical support
Software maintenance and support are provided along with the purchase
of the Software License ("Corresponding License"). Services are provided
for one year from the original date of purchase. Your annual subscription will include
(i) all versions and upgrades of the Corresponding License released during twelve months
from the original date of purchase,
(ii) email based technical support for the Corresponding License.
All questions should be directed to
support@ucware.com.
Please include:
- The problem, and how it can be reproduced;
- The product name and version number;
- Your platform and Operating System;
- Any other information you think may be helpful.
