Anywhere PE Viewer is a cross-platform pure Java application. It does not use the JNI technology. Written entirely in Java, it has a swing-based GUI interface and runs on all Java-enabled platforms.

Can Anywhere PE Viewer be used in a back-end software?

Anywhere PE Viewer consists of two independent parts: one part of the code is used to create a graphic interface, while the second part is used to work with the PE format. These parts can be easily separated from each other (they are located in different packages) that is why the package of classes for working with the PE format can be easily used in a J2EE-based web application and in a back-end software.
