Answer

Since the QuickView command is not available under Microsoft Windows 2000 and XP, you may need software to view the DLL export and import tables and the metadata of other DLLs under Windows operating systems. Anywhere PE Viewer is such software.

Sometimes you may need software to find out what DLL libraries are used by a particular DLL or EXE file.
